Now drinking cognac with dinner has been a bit of a lost tradition over recent times. What made Camus think it was time to revive the practice?

Since the expression is all about dining, we would be remiss if we didn't talk about what foods would pair really well with the expression.

Cognac is, of course, the digestive, so can you talk a little bit about how people should actually drink it while they're dining?

With such a very, very beautiful bottle, a lot of people will naturally assume that it should only be reserved for special occasions. But from our conversation you've kind of indicated that it is more of an everyday luxury.
